Here at Aloha Malama Health under Mana Psychological Services Corp. it is our goal to respond to your healthcare questions and needs in a timely manner. We have developed these policies for optimal communication with your provider and our practice.

Please understand that your provider is not immediately available during times when she is seeing patients or outside office hours. We encourage you to call our office number and leave us a message. You may also text us at the same number.  We will check messages and respond to your questions and requests in 24-48 hours. 

Elation Passport:  You can also access your provider via your Elation Passport. Messages sent via Elation Passport will be reviewed in 24-48 hours. If you do not have access to Elation Passport, please contact us so we can send you a link to set up your account. 

Medication Refills: If you need a medication refill, please either use the Elation Passport portal or leave a phone message or text. Please allow 24-72 hours for refills.

If you need urgent or emergency assistance, please go to your nearest Urgent Care or Emergency Room.  Call 911 if necessary.
