~Update 05/02/2025~

Dear current patients of AMH,

You may have received a letter from your insurance provider notifying you of my office location change. Do not worry, my office location will not be changing-I will still be practicing in the same location. The notice you received is due to recent staff changes which has caused me to have to recredential myself. During this process, I will still be seeing patients however, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me, thank you!
